Engineered, in-house, end to end.

Every part of a LuxuryCon fountain — from the nozzle to the controller to the software that runs the show.

The shape of water starts here.

Fountain Nozzles

Precision-machined nozzles that define the form, height, and character of every jet — from mirror-smooth glass columns to foaming aerated plumes.

The nozzle is the single most important component in any fountain: it is where engineering becomes art. LuxuryCon manufactures a complete range of architectural nozzles in marine-grade stainless steel and machined brass, each profiled to deliver a specific water effect with repeatable accuracy. Our catalogue spans aerated foam jets that read brilliant white against night lighting, cascade and bubbler heads for shallow reflecting pools, fan and ring formations for geometric displays, and adjustable ball-joint nozzles that let installers fine-tune angle on site.

Because nozzle performance depends entirely on flow and pressure, every LuxuryCon nozzle is characterised on our own test rig and shipped with a performance curve — so the designer knows the exact height and spread it will produce at a given pump setting. That removes the guesswork that plagues generic imported hardware and lets a display be modelled before a single pipe is laid.

Key features

  • 316L marine-grade stainless steel and machined brass construction for corrosion resistance in chlorinated and outdoor water.
  • Full architectural range: aerated/foam, smooth-bore, cascade, bubbler, fan, ring, and adjustable ball-joint types.
  • Each type supplied with a tested flow/height performance curve.
  • Self-cleaning and anti-clog geometries for low-maintenance public installations.
  • Threaded and flanged mounting options compatible with standard and LuxuryCon manifolds.

Applications

Civic plazas, hotel and resort water features, memorial and monument fountains, interactive dry-deck fountains, reflecting pools.

Water you can mistake for glass.

Laminar Jets

Laminar flow nozzles that produce a perfectly smooth, transparent arc of water — the "solid rod" jets that can be lit end-to-end and cut on cue.

A laminar jet suppresses the turbulence in flowing water so completely that the stream becomes optically clear and holds its arc like a glass rod. Achieving this requires far more than a nozzle: it demands a precisely engineered flow-conditioning chamber that strips out eddies before the water leaves the outlet. LuxuryCon builds its laminar jets around a multi-stage straightener and honeycomb conditioning section, tuned so the jet stays coherent across long spans.

Each jet integrates a fibre-optic or LED light injection point at the outlet, so light travels the length of the arc and the water appears to glow. Paired with a fast-acting solenoid "chopper," the jet can be broken into discrete flying segments — the signature effect of interactive fountains where arcs of light leap from one basin to the next. It is one of the most memorable effects in public water design, and one of the hardest to build well.

Key features

  • Multi-stage flow conditioning for optically smooth, long-throw arcs.
  • Integrated LED / fibre-optic light injection for illuminated "glowing" streams.
  • Optional solenoid chopper for segmented "leaping" jet effects.
  • Sealed, weatherproof housing rated for continuous outdoor operation.
  • Tunable throw distance and arc height via pressure control.

Applications

Interactive plazas and children's play fountains, hotel entrances and lobbies, brand and experience installations, night-time signature displays.

Fire and water, choreographed as one.

Fire Effects

Programmable flame effect units engineered to run safely alongside water, for fountains that combine jets, mist, and fire in a single show.

Nothing draws a crowd like flame rising from the surface of water. LuxuryCon's fire effect units bring controlled, show-grade flame into the water feature — flame bursts, sustained flame rings, and flame-on-water surfaces — all driven from the same controller that runs the jets and lighting, so fire, water, and light move in perfect synchronisation.

Safety is engineered in at every layer: electronic ignition with flame sensing, automatic gas cut-off on loss of flame, wind and flow interlocks, and sealed gas trains built to recognised standards. Units are designed for LPG or natural gas and are specified, installed, and commissioned with a full safety case, because a public flame effect must be as reliable as it is spectacular.

Key features

  • Flame burst, flame ring, and flame-on-water effect types.
  • Electronic ignition with flame sensing and automatic fail-safe shutoff.
  • Wind, flow, and gas-pressure interlocks for public-space safety.
  • Fully synchronised with jets and lighting via the LuxuryCon controller.
  • LPG and natural gas configurations, delivered with a documented safety case.

Applications

Landmark and signature fountains, resort and casino showpieces, event and festival installations, night entertainment districts.

Light is what makes water unforgettable at night.

Lighting Systems

Fully submersible, colour-changing LED lighting engineered specifically for fountains — high output, low voltage, and built to last underwater.

A fountain lives twice: once in daylight as sculpture, and again at night as light. LuxuryCon's submersible luminaires are purpose-built for permanent underwater service — not repurposed landscape fittings. Sealed to IP68, cast in stainless and marine-grade housings, and run at safe extra-low voltage, they deliver saturated RGBW colour with the output needed to light a jet from base to crown.

Every fixture is individually addressable over DMX/RDM, which means each light can be its own pixel in a show — sweeping colour across a basin, chasing a jet skyward, or fading a whole plaza to a single hue. Optics are matched to the effect: tight beams to spear a laminar jet, wide washes to flood a cascade. The result is a lighting layer that a designer can compose as precisely as the water itself.

Key features

  • IP68 fully submersible, rated for continuous underwater operation.
  • RGBW colour mixing with high lumen output for tall jets and cascades.
  • Individually addressable via DMX512 / RDM for pixel-level control.
  • Safe extra-low voltage (SELV) operation for public water.
  • Stainless and marine-grade housings; interchangeable beam optics.

Applications

All architectural fountains, pool and cascade lighting, façade-adjacent water walls, memorials and monuments.

The engine room, engineered to last.

Control Cabinets

Custom electrical and control cabinets that house the pumps, drives, and logic for an entire installation — built, wired, and tested before they leave the workshop.

Behind every fountain is a control cabinet doing the unglamorous, essential work: distributing power, driving pumps through variable-speed drives, protecting circuits, and hosting the controller that runs the show. LuxuryCon designs and builds these cabinets to order, matched to each project's pump schedule and effect list, and fully wired and function-tested on the bench before shipment so on-site commissioning is fast and predictable.

Cabinets are built to recognised electrical standards with proper ingress protection, thermal management, surge and earth-leakage protection, and clear, labelled terminations that a local maintenance technician can read and service. Every cabinet ships with as-built wiring documentation — part of our commitment that an installation can be maintained by the community that owns it, for its full service life.

Key features

  • Bespoke design matched to project pump and effect schedules.
  • Variable-speed drives (VSD/VFD) for smooth, energy-efficient pump control.
  • Full circuit protection: surge, earth-leakage, thermal, and short-circuit.
  • IP-rated enclosures with active thermal management for hot climates.
  • Fully bench-tested and shipped with as-built documentation.

Applications

Every LuxuryCon installation; retrofits and control upgrades of existing fountains.

The brain that turns hardware into a performance.

AI Controllers

LuxuryCon's flagship control hardware — a rugged, industrial controller that choreographs jets, lighting, and fire in real time and runs shows autonomously.

The AI Controller is the intelligence at the centre of a LuxuryCon installation. It sequences every valve, drive, luminaire, and flame unit against a timeline, synchronises effects to music, and runs pre-programmed shows on a schedule without human intervention. Built on industrial-grade hardware for 24/7 operation, it speaks the standard languages of the industry — DMX, Art-Net, and industrial fieldbus — so it can drive LuxuryCon equipment and integrate with third-party systems alike.

What sets it apart is the layer above sequencing. The controller continuously monitors the health of the installation — pump pressures, water level, drive faults, temperatures — and adapts: throttling effects on low water, isolating a faulted zone, and reporting status upstream to the LUXPULSE dashboard. It is the difference between a fountain that plays a fixed loop and an installation that manages itself and tells you when it needs attention.

Key features

  • Real-time synchronised control of jets, lighting, and fire effects.
  • Music synchronisation and scheduled autonomous show playback.
  • Native DMX512, Art-Net, and industrial fieldbus support.
  • Live health monitoring with automatic fault isolation and safe-state handling.
  • Remote telemetry and status reporting to LUXPULSE.

Applications

Flagship and signature fountains, musical fountains, multi-zone civic installations, any project requiring autonomous scheduled operation.

Design the show. Run the city.

Software

The LuxuryCon software suite — from AquaFlow Studio for designing and programming shows, to remote monitoring and fleet management across every installation.

LuxuryCon's software turns hardware into an experience and an installation into a managed asset. At the design end, AquaFlow Studio lets choreographers compose shows on a visual timeline — sequencing jets, colour, and fire, and previewing the result before deployment. At the operations end, our monitoring platform gives owners and our own service teams a live window into every installation: run status, water and power telemetry, fault alerts, and maintenance history.

The suite is built to scale from a single fountain to a national portfolio. Shows can be authored centrally and pushed to controllers in the field; health data flows back into LUXPULSE, LuxuryCon's command dashboard, where the whole fleet can be seen at a glance. It is software written for the realities of public infrastructure — reliable, observable, and serviceable at a distance.

Key features

  • AquaFlow Studio: visual timeline authoring and preview of fountain shows.
  • Remote monitoring: live telemetry, alerts, and maintenance history per site.
  • Central show authoring with push-to-field deployment.
  • Fleet-wide visibility through the LUXPULSE command dashboard.
  • Role-based access for owners, operators, and LuxuryCon service teams.

Applications

Show design and programming, remote operations and maintenance, multi-site portfolio management.

The parts you never see, engineered like the parts you do.

Stainless Components

Manifolds, weir plates, pool fittings, grates, and custom stainless fabrication — the structural and hydraulic components that make a fountain work.

A fountain is far more than its visible jets. Beneath the surface sits a hydraulic system of manifolds, distribution pipework, weir and cascade plates, sumps, drains, anchor points, and access grates — and in a well-built installation, every one of these is stainless steel, engineered to outlast the concrete around it. LuxuryCon fabricates this complete range of components in-house, in marine-grade stainless, to project-specific drawings.

Standardising on stainless below the waterline is a deliberate philosophy. Plastic and mild-steel fittings are cheaper on day one and a liability for the next twenty years; stainless resists the corrosion of chlorinated, treated, and hard water and keeps a fountain serviceable for decades. Our fabrication shop produces both catalogue components and fully bespoke assemblies, welded and finished to a standard that reflects the pillar of Dignity Through Craft.

Key features

  • Manifolds, weir/cascade plates, sumps, drains, grates, and anchor systems.
  • 316/316L marine-grade stainless throughout for long-service corrosion resistance.
  • Catalogue and fully bespoke fabrication to project drawings.
  • TIG-welded and passivated finishes for hygiene and durability.
  • Engineered for maintainability and clean access below the waterline.

Applications

Structural and hydraulic sub-systems of every fountain and water feature; refurbishment of ageing installations.
